The People You May Never Know You Changed

One of the greatest blessings of the Christian life is knowing that God can use even the smallest acts of faithfulness. A kind word, a prayer, an invitation to worship, or a simple act of kindness may not seem significant to us, but God often uses those moments in ways we'll never fully see.

Think about the people who helped strengthen your faith. Chances are, many of them had no idea the impact they made. They simply chose to love, encourage, and serve.

This week, make it your goal to intentionally influence someone for Christ:


  • Notice someone who may feel overlooked.

  • Encourage someone with a call, text, or kind word.

  • Pray for one person by name each day.

  • Serve quietly without expecting recognition.

  • Invite someone to worship or Bible class.

None of these takes much time, but each has the potential to make an eternal difference.

Jesus said, "Let your light so shine before men..." (Matthew 5:16). Our responsibility is not to measure our influence but to be faithful. God will take care of the results.

This week, choose to be an encouragement. You may never know whose life you helped change, but God does—and that is enough.
