Springtime and God’s New Beginnings

Spring has a way of preaching without saying a word.
The warmer days, blooming flowers, and trees coming back to life all remind us that God still brings life after cold seasons.
Song of Solomon 2:11–12 says:
“See! Winter has passed; the rain is over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come.”
That truth is not only seen in nature — it speaks to our hearts as well.
Sometimes we go through spiritual winters filled with burdens, discouragement, loss, and weariness. Yet even in those seasons, God remains faithful. His mercies are still “new every morning” (Lamentations 3:22–23).
The resurrection of Jesus reminds us that God can bring life where things once looked finished.
As spring blooms around us, let it stir something within us. Draw closer to the Lord, love one another well, and share the hope of Christ with those around you.
Wherever God has planted you, bloom there.
